Printing a specific phase

Hi all,

I have a MS Project 2003 document which is comprised of several phases with
subtasks under each phase. Is there a way that I can print out a specific
phase and its subtasks? I know I can do a task range filter and print that
but I wasn't sure if there was a better way. I would appreciate any helpful
hints on this.

Thank you in advance!

LaurenM,
There are a couple ways to print out individual phases. Indeed one is a
filter that is set up for each phase. Another is to insert manual page
breaks between each phase.

I would say the former is more flexible since you can either use a spare
field for the filter criteria or you can set up an interactive filter
wherein the user enters a range of task IDs. The latter approach, using
page breaks, makes it a little less convenient to print a specific phase
but it can be done if you know which "page" that phase is on.
