Visio 2003
I'm pretty new to Visio. I have an office map that was saved upside down.
By that I mean that when I opened the file everything on the screen was
upside down--all the graphics, all the text labels, etc. When the file is
printed, it comes out right side up. I was able to rotate the page on the
screen by holding down CTRL and clicking the corner of the page. I saved
the file, and now when I open it everything is displayed right side up, as
it should be. However, when I go into Print Preview view, it shows the page
upside down. Not a huge deal, but I'd like to know if there is a way to
correct that behavior.
Also, in Print Preview there is a huge amount of gray space to the left,
above, and below the page. Is there a way to shift the page so that it
shows up in Print Preview without having to scroll the screen.
Finally, in Print Preview the diagram goes to the every edge of the page,
but when the file is printed, there is about an inch margin down the left
side of the page. I noticed that in Page Setup the little page preview
shows the area of the "Drawing Page" and right next to that is a strip down
the side that is marked "Printer Paper." I'm printing on 8.5 x 11 paper in
portrait, and have it set to fit the design onto 1 sheet across and 1 sheet
down. Is there a way to reduce or eliminate that 1 inch strip down the side
so that the design will be more centered on the printed page?
