Some users are experiencing this problem when they try and print a calendar
entry. They select the calendar entry and click on the print icon.. They are
then presented with a drop down list of the printers they have mapped. The
problem is that some printers dispay the full UNC path and others just the
printer name. If they try printing to the printer wiithout the full UNC then
the print job doesn't print. This problem doesn't happen when they try
printing from their inbox but is the same when printing from contacts and
tasks. From withing Printers and Faxes all the printers appear and behave
like they should it is onlty from OUtlook calendar, task and contacts view
this problem persists. The workaround is creating a new profile which isn't
an option as this would mean me having to do this to over 1000 users. Has
anybody come across this problem before?
