Printing Acrobat attachments from Outlook 2003

Not sure if this is an Acrobat issue or Outlook issue, but any help
would be appreciated.]

Anyone run into an issue where when in Outlook 2003 and printing and
email with multiple Acrobat .pdf attachments, not all of them print.
Even when you select the option to print all attachments.

I am on Windows XP Pro SP2, Adobe Acrobat Pro 7.0.7, Outlook 2003 SP2,
and on an Exchange 2003 server.
