I'm trying to print an address book from office 2007 Business contacts.
Unlike Office contacts it adds several extra unwanted fields such as
categories, Active,do not call,do not fax, do not send letter and many more
for each address. These items to not appear as fields in the "view fields" so
one is unable to delete them. Has anyone any suggesstion,
