Am attempting to print address list as small booklet as
two-sided using either HP-1220C desk jet or Kyocera-Mita
1010 printer. While this has worked in the past using an
HP printer, the commands "manual duplex" are not being
recognized, with or without "print even (or odd) pages."
I was also able - in the past - to use a background color
other than gray in the title using the HP. This option
also appears not to be available. I recently re-installed
my Windows 2000 and Office 2000 professional. Might I
have missed something. I am grateful for any advice.
