Printing Address Labels

E

Ernst

Hello Friends,

I have used excel for years but never had to print addresses..until
now!

have about 500 retailers I need to mail a letter to. Address
information for each retailer is spread across 5 columns. A=Name of
retailer, B=street, C=street (2), D= town, E=Zip.

Rows 1-500 contain the addresses of 500 or so retailers.

Can I print address on label sheets (3 across, 10 down)? If so, I
would VERY much appreciate any help or suggestions!

Many thanks
Ernst

Yes - if you have Word as well. That's what the data merge manager was
made for. See "Create labels by using the Data Merge Manager" in Word
help.

Word has label templates for just about every label size extant.

It can be done in XL as well, with a lot of tweaking - but why bother?
