I am trying to print some address labels using an Epson LQ500 dot matrix
printer. The database is established and everything appears O.K. I am using
Avery White Address Labels #4144 for dot matrix printers, which has 3 labels
across each sheet.
When I attempt to print the labels, the first three labels across the top of
the sheet are printed correctly, then instead of printing the next row of
labels below, the printer scrolls down to the next page and begins to print
the second row of labels, skipping all of the labels in between (which is
quite wasteful to say the least).
I have checked out my printer setup and cannot find any clues as to why this
is happening.
My Layout is set to Portrait; Tray Selection is set to Tractor Feed; Under
Advance; Paper Output/Paper Size is set to Letter; Under Print Processor the
Default data type is set to RAW; and there is no Separator Page selected.
Under Properties, I have tried changing the Device Settings to Fanfold 8.5 x
12 in and 8.5 x 13 in, however, this does not appear to have any effect on
the problem.
Can anyone give me a solution to this problem, or a suggestion as to where I
might find a solution?
Thanks for your help.
