Printing addresses to Envelopes

We use a Word file with addresses to print our A/P check envelopes.
However, now when we highlight a particular address to be printed on an
envelope, another address shows up in the display box for Envelopes and
Labels which is found further down in the Word file.

Do you have any suggestions to stop the same address from displaying in
the Envelopes and Labels printing option so that the highlighted one
will appear as it once did?
