Printing all the headers with an HTML sent message

I really have to print most of the sent mail in Outlook 2003. When I print a
sent EMail, I can see all the fields (To, From, CC, Attachments) on the
printed copy, except the ICC (Invisible Carbon Copy) field, which is really
annoying since I can see it on screen. I really MUST be able to do it, since
it's a lawyer firm.

I print all my EMails in HTML format, since I have an HTML signature with a
logo at the bottom. Why the hell can I print correctly under Outlook Express,
but not under Outlook 2003?
