PRINTING AN E-MAIL MESSAGE FROM A USER CREATED FORM

Greetings,

I am trying to revise an in-house created Outlook (XP/2003/e-mail message)
form and all works well. I send the message and the user receives it. When
they print the e-mail message a 'TITLE' appears across the top of the page on
the left side on the same line as the Page 1 of 1. Looking to see how I can
get to this title and either change it or remove it.
