Printing an email (memo style)

When I print an email (memo style) it always prints my name at the very top
of the printout. I don’t have my name in any headers but cannot figure out
how to suppress my name from appearing at the top of all hard copy printouts.

If you are talking about Outlook (this is the InfoPath newsgroup), then it's
built in, just like the other fields you can't change. You can save the
message in a different format (HTML, text, etc.) and edit it though.
