Printing an email with no header info

M

Maddy

Hi,

I am trying to print an email so that only the body of the message is
printed. So far I have been able to get rid of all the "to" "from"
"subject" fields, by using a customised form and surpressing these
fields. I am still however left with the Display Name of the mailbox
which is printed at the top of the email - I cannot find where this
field is generated from and so cannot surpress it. I presume it is the
action of printing that is pulling this information from somewhere.
Does anyone know how I can stop it being printed?

Thanks

There's no built-in way to do this. One approach might be to save the
message as a file Word can open, open it in Word, then use Word methods to
clean it up and print.
