Printing an Outlook Form

I created an Outlook form that we need to print out. I installed the xprint
utility and was able to print out the forms OK for about a month. Now the
forms are printing partilaly just as before installing the xprint utility.
Does anyone have an idea why my form stopped printing correctly all of a
sudden.
