Printing and stationary

As a technical student, most of my homework is done on a quadrille ruled
engineering pad. I would like to try using the "grid" stationary for doing
homework.

I tried to print some sample homework with the grid rule stationary, but
on the text prints, but this stationary background does not.

Can you print your work with the stationary printing also?

I am not sure. I don't have a printer connected to this machine.

In the Page Setup task pane do you have any setting chosen from the
Line style drop down? If you choose small grid on that drop down does
that change the printed appearance?

I too am trying to have stationary print when I print. I prefer to have
lines un the paper....makes handwriting easier to read. I will also be doing
work where i need a specific layout. I have gone to page and page setup but
nothing that I have found will print the lines on stationary on the paper.
(I do not know why microsoft has 3 different types of setting pages [page
setup, Customize, and options])
