printing as a directory

Can someone tell me if it is possible to print an Excel document like a small phone directory? I entered the info in 11 columns and would like to print like a small phone directory for a club I am in. Any advice? Obviously I need step by step instructions since I am "Excel Challenged"

Did you just try printing the worksheet? If this does not give you the
results you want, please explain further why not, and what you expect.

Depending on how you've specifically "entered the info in 11 columns" you
might do well to consider using the Excel File as a record source for data
merge with Word.
