Printing Attachments from an HTML e-mail

One of our users is having a problem printing attachements that are sent to
him via html format. He can print all the attachments using the "File -
Print - Print attached files" options for e-mails that are Rich text and
Plain text, but when he receives an HTML formatted e-mail it gives him an
error. Open the html e-mail to print. But when he opens the e-mail and
prints it only prints the e-mail and not the attachment.

Is there a setting that I am not aware of?? Any help would be most
appreciated.

Just had a user who had this problem and I was looking for a
solution. Didn't find one, but figured it out. In Outlook (2003),
Go to Tools, Options, Security tab, Download Pictures. What's causing
it is in the Change Automatic Download Settings screen, "don't
download pictures or other content automatically in HTML email" is
checked. Hope this helps.

Outlook, Tools, Options, Security Tab, Change Automatic Download
Settings - if "don't download pictures or other content automatically
in HTML email" is checked, you can't print attachments in an HTML
email without opening them. Uncheck it, and you can.
