Printing attachments in Outlook 2007 and other issues.

Trader Chuck

So far as I know with this program, far inferior to Outlook 2002 in at least
this respect, one can only print multiple copies of attachments by printing
multiple copies of the entire message, and this only to the default printer.

I just finished the task of printing multiple sheets of labels, in color, to
add on to a picture were are distributing at no charge for a community
outreach program.

To do this I needed to interleave plain paper with stick on label sheets and
temporarily change to a color inkjet printer as default. In multiple copies
the newest and best also prints multiples of the message also even if they
are not wanted..

In Outlook 2002 one could open the attachment, print copies of it on your
choice of printers, all easily done.

Other issues include:

I and others have already posted about yout step backwards in making only
memo style available for printing in 2007, far less useful that the normal
print view screen.
I suggest you review those too for specifics.

I've spent so much time and frustration with these issues that I'm
considering a rollback.

Why did you go backwards in functionality with the newest version of Office?

Still works like this too. Double click the attachment to open it with your
default application handler
Table is still possible too;
File-> Page Setup-> Table Style...
You can even select any printer you want
