Hello,
i allready recognized that in Outlook2003 is it only possible for the
meetingorganisator to print the attendeesnames within a calendarentry.
Now there is a further problem:
A secretary hat full access to the calendar of her boss.
She makes calendarentries in the calendar from him and invites other users.
In the meetingentry the boss is registered as meetingorganizer.
I think this is usual approach.
If the boss tries to print now such a item he only gets the entries without
the names of the attendees altough he is the organizer.
If the secretary treis to print the item she also has no success.
So there is the strange situation that there is no way to get this entries
printed with the names of the attendees.
Has somebody an idea what to do ?
System: Exch 5.5. SP4 WinXP with Outlook2003 SP1
regards
