PRINTING AUTOMATIQUE ON HARD DISK

When i am printing my paper i am looking how it goes automatique on my hard
disk in a file?? grts Peter from belgium

Two issues:

To see before printing, pull-down(in Excel) File > Print Preview


To print to a file on your hardrive, pull down(in Windows) from Settings >
Control Panel > Printers > Install (or add printer)
When the install wizard wants to know the port, select FILE:
