printing Avery 8662 clear address labels

J

John H.

When I print a test page it's OK. Then, on printing on the label stock
Everything is shifted up about 1/2 inch. Even printing a test page on the
Backside of the label stock is OK. I've wasted a whole pack of clear labels!!!
Please help.

What printer are you using?
This is a printer issue, maybe your roller is not taking up the stock correctly.

Thank you, Mary. But now I feel like idiot moi. Of course it must be the
roller! The printer I've been using is an HP Deskjet 5510. I think that now
I'll try the equivalent Avery labels for laser and use a Brother HL-1440
that's laying around.
Thank you so much,
John (Code id10t)
