Using an HP Deskjet 840c printer with Microsoft Word 2003 and Microsoft
Windows xp, I can no longer print documents from Word. Can print Web Screens,
from email accounts such as Yahoo, Mapquest, etc..., but when I try to print
any Word document, the pages all come out blank. What might be causing this?
Ink is low, but again, I get decent quality in other programs, but nothing at
all from Word. Not streaks even. Just blank pages. Printer is properly set as
the default printer. Changing font to black instead of automatic does not
work, however adding a clip art or changing font to a color will print. Even
adding a clip art line at the end of a document will print in black. I can
print in color and nd black from other programs so I know my inks are full.
