Printing blank forms

Can somebody tell me how to print a blank form, meaning a
form with no data entered,for the purpose of going into
the fied to collect data then entering it later back in
the office, Every time I try I get a blank sheet of paper.

Right-click on the form name in the database window.
Select "Save as Report".
Delete the report's record source.
Change the ForeColor of each control to the same as it's backcolor,
i.e. white on white.

Print the report.

You may need to save the form as a Report and print that. Forms aren't
really designed for printing; an empty form will indeed not print.
