Printing book-like pages

I have this long document that I wish to print like a
book. I have set it for pages to print side by side
landscape but I get pages to print sequentially. Like
page 1 on one side and the second page next to it and so
on. When I fold it the printed pages do not come out
like a book. What I want is the first page on one side
of the page and the last page on the other side and so on
until all I have to do is fold it and it looks like a
book. Would love any suggestions.

I am new to this group, have you had any responses? I am
a Word Advocate in my school district, WordPerfect does
this effortlessly, and I can't figure out how to do it in
Word! Thought maybe I needed to go to Publisher (in the
Office Suite) but I can't seem to do it there either. Any
help would be greatly appreciated!
