I am trying to print a 40-page bookfold. My page setup is for letter-size
bookfold, all pages. I have left my LaserJet 1300 printer setup in its
normal configuration. In the Print screen, I check Manual Duplex. The first
side prints fine: correct page numbers, margins, graphics, etc. But when I
set the paper back into the printer tray and hit the prompted "OK", nothing
happens. I have tried the printer running under PLC-5e and PLC6. I have
also assembled a small 4-page booklet as a test, but still nothing happens on
what should be the second pass. My printer can do a bookfold on its own, but
the page format I need doesn't hold up. Any ideas?
