printing calendar in Memo style

I have a user who says that she normally prints out her
calendar in Memo style, but now it is no longer an option
for her (closest option is calendar details style). We
are using Outlook 2002, SP3. I had her go into "define
styles" and memo style is there, but it cannot be added
to the list of print styles. She can print out emails
and single calendar events in memo style, but not the
daily calendar. Any suggestions?

She needs to select which calendar items she wants to print before invoking
the Print command.
