Printing Calendar Information

Is there a way to print or export Project / Resource /
Task CALENDAR information, i.e., working / non-working
times assinged to a particular calendar? When one puts
together a fairly complex calendar, with multiple
working / nonworking times (i.e., holidays, vacations,
etc.), it can be difficult to troubleshoot that calendar
if the only way to see what is in it is to scroll through
it.

It gets even more tricky if you want to review the working
calendars with people who do not have (or wish to use)
Project.

I've searched the help in Project (2002/Standard) and I've
searched the newsgroups, and found nada relating to this
subject.

Thanks,

Sequoia

Hi Sequoia ,

Welcome to the Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You could try previewing the Who Does What report, but before selecting it,
click the Edit button and in the Details tab, click Calendar.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on:)
