Printing calendar name

D

Denis

Office 2007. We use Outlook Calendars in Public Folders to schedule events
in various rooms. We have one calendar for each room, and each calendar is
named for its room. When I print a room's calendar, I see the date (or week,
or month) at the top of the page, which is fine. But how can I get Outlook
to print the calendar's name? Instead of just "August", I'd like to see
"August - Main Room". I know I can do this by creading a header, but is
there an automatic way?

I have tried the Calendar Printing Assistant, but that's not helping.

There isn't a way to edit the month to include the room name.
