Printing Calendar using different forms

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: pop

How can you use different forms when printing calendars? It seems that there is only calendar form for weekly formats. For instance, I would like to print a five day work calendar and exclude Sat & Sun. How can this be done?
