Printing calendar view for daytimer.

I have a user who just upgraded to Outlook 2003.

Now when he does his usual print for his daytimer, it doesn't print the
double sided job correctly.
Page 1 Side A should be blank, Page 1 Side B should have the first part of
the first day , page 2 side A should have the second part of Day 1, Page 2
Side B, first part of Day 2, etc.

This way it does a "book type" print properly.

Outlook prints starting on the first page side a, how do I make it start on
side b?
