printing calendar

In Outlook 2003 all of my appointments that have a time
don't print the way it looks in print preview. In print
preview the time is the same color as the event and
appears as all one block if it's colored. When I print
it, the time comes out shaded in gray and the event is the
color I wanted it or white. Why is it different? Why are
my timed events printing the time in gray?

This isn't just for my calendar. It's everyone in my
office. Is there some setting in Outlook 2003 that I can
change? We are running Exchange Server 2003.

This also happened to me.

Go to File / Page Setup and your particular calendar
view. There is an area called "Shading". Deselect
the "Print using gray shading."
