Printing calendars

When I print my outlook calendar in monthly mode, the appointments contained
in the calendar that occur after 5pm do not print, ie the only appointments
that print are the ones that are listed between 9am-5pm. How can I fix this?

You probably have the option set to print workdays only;
File-> Page Setup-> Monthly Style-> option: Only Print Workdays
