Printing Calender daily style - start with blank?

Had this problem in 2000 but forgot the fix.
Now using outlook 2003 and when printing the calendar/tasks list - the print
job does 2 sided but needs to force a blank page to get it to have the
notebook finish of calendar and tasks spanning two pages and the second day
on the back of the second page.
Can't seem to get it to work even when printing a banner page on the print
job.

Any help appreciated,
