Printing Calender with appointment times

Does anyone know how to print a calender in Outlook '07 where the times of
the appointments are shown with the appointments like it did in Outlook '03?

Have you investigated the Outlook 2007 Calendar Printing Assistant?

calendar printing in outlook 2007 is even more broken that it was in earlier
versions. Use the calendar printing assistant or one of the print tools
