Printing Calenders

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I am trying to print a calendar to fit into my own MULBERRY Filofax style book, the sizes etc are all OK but none of the options seem to be working, e.g. if i select print 6 Holes, NO HOLES are printed.
Anyone solve this or have the same issue?

I'm seeing the same behavior using the Web Services Edition of
Entourage. Cut lines will print but not holes. Probably a bug.

If you haven't already invested in a specialized hole punch for your
type of planner then this may be a useful option. I have one for my
Franklin Covey planner and I wouldn't want to consider punching
individual holes anymore.

Thanks Bill, good idea....any ideas where to get a specialist 6 Hole Punch?
Googled but could not find....

Usually, the company selling the planner product sells the hole punch. I
bought mine from Franklin Covey, but it's probably a different size than
yours.
