Janet,
Ah, good User Interface forms are not very good for
Printing. For printing as you wish, the Background Color
needs to be White, and all your Lable and Text Box
controls need to have a Transparent Border Style.
Not a fun User Form. A possible solution would be to make
a duplicate of your current form, and call it Print View,
and change the background and control styles as needed.
Then load your record information into the Print View when
you wish to Print.
