Printing cards

Does anyone know how to format and print on 8.5x11 cardstock (for making 2 note cards per page) two pictures on either the upper two quadrants or on the two right quadrants where each picture has .25 inch white border around it without cutting off the far right or bottom picture? The navigation slide does not show the paper edges and the print preview shows the far right or lower right pictures incorrectly - and the printed page cuts off the pictures... I don't seem able to do this in either Pages, Keynote, Word or Power Point for Mac, and I used to be able on a PC with Word.

When you go to the File - Page Setup menu,
what do you see in the "Slides sized for" dropdown
menu? If it says "On-screen Show (4:3), chances
are good that it won't print right and that
something will get cut off.
Try setting this to "Letter Paper" or
whatever size you want to print at first,
add your images to the slide, and try again.

If something still gets cut off, check your
printer settings in the File - Print dialog.
Some printers have a "Borderless Printing" option -
there should be a third dropdown menu under the
"Presets" dropdown.
