Turn off your caps lock, printing in caps is hard to read,
it is considered as both rude and as shouting.
If you know what box you filled in you should be explicit,
not make people guess as what you did or what the
question is. I guess you know that the option you
changed caused the problem but don't know where it is.
Color is not printing:
File, Page Setup, Sheets, uncheck "Print Black and White"

Incorrect/missing colors may occur with use of High Contrast under Display
tab of Accessibility Options. Colors don't show on monitor.
