I have found that using a query columns Field cell, Properties pop-up,
Description text box is convenient for comments that describe expressions or
selection criteria. However, it is not easy to find them again because to view
them requires one to right-click each column and select Properties to see. Is
there a way to print a query where the properties (which could be included or
excluded in the output) will show? I don't suppose there is since File Print
and the toolbar printer are disabled when a query definition is open.
It would be nice if the Description property could be added as a row much like
the View menu, Totals row (I hope Microsoft sees this idea). An alternative
would be to place a small red mark at the top of columns whose Description is
not empty, like Excel does for cells which have a Comment attached.
