Printing comments in Track Changes

I am using Word for Mac 2007, editing a document and I ant to print it
out with my full comments showing. Several of them, however, because
there are so many on a particular page, are truncated with an elipsis.

How are you printing?

Are you using File>Print>"Microsoft Word">"Print What:" = "Document Showing
Markup"?

If you are, that's the best you can do. If you are not, try that.

If you switch to Draft View before printing, Word will stop trying to make
the comments fit, and may give you a better result.

Hope this helps

Hi Nick;

Just to clarify for others who may read the thread, you *cannot* using "Word
for Mac 2007" because there is no "Word for Mac 2007" in the first place :)

More likely you're using Word for Mac 2008, although it could be 2004.

I would have just passed this off as a typo, but you made the same reference
in two separate postings.
