They moved it...
Go to File>Print...
Change "Copies and Pages" drop-down to "Microsoft Word"
Then change the "Print What" drop-down to "Document showing markup"
This must take some sort of award for the most confusing user interface

I used to be able to print a document with the comments. Since I've
upgraded to 2008, I can't. Have they taken away this feature? Or is
there something I'm missing.
