Printing Comments in Word Document

Michelle,

by default the comments print at the end of the document
when specified on the print tab, with a notation next the
the text it applies on the specified page. I don't know of
any normal means for printing with the text, but I am
quite sure if you post this request in VBA General, that
someone can help you with VBA code that can do this.
