Printing comments to send out of the company

We have a document given to us that various people within the company
have made comments on (there are hundreds of comments throughout the
document) Now they want a printout of the document, with comments
showing to send back to the company that created it in the first place
-- but they don't want the comments associated with a particular
person.

I can think of two ways to do this. I am hoping someone has an easier
way:
1. Print it out as is and whiteout the person designator in each of the
individual comment balloons, then PDF the resultant document

2. Start with a clean copy of the document, create myself as "Company
Name" user and reenter all the comments.

I have discovered the way to do this.

Go to Tools, Options, Security in Word 2007 and click "Remove personal
information from file properties on save" -- When you save the document
the information is all gone.
(You may want to do this on a copy of the document if you want to keep
the information for internal use.)
