I "believe" that if you restrict the display to "only comments", that is all
that will print if you use the drop-down to print "Markup".
Generically, the rule for Word printing is "The print command prints only
what was visible when it was used."
Microsoft has a whole department dedicated to inventing obscure dialog box
labels...
The real problem is that they use drop-down lists. You can't see what is in
a drop-down list until you drop it down...
Thanks, I sort of figured it out. There's a pop down selection called "List of
markup" that prints all revisions and comments. Perhaps MS should put a little
more effort into coming up with more obscure ways to label menu offerings!
