Printing Consecutive labels

I want to consecutively number labels on laser label
sheets. The labels are 4 across and 20 down on an 8-
1/2x11 sheet. The numbering will continue on subsequent
sheets. Is Access the best bet to do this? How? Or is
there a different Office product more suited to this task?

Also - is there a way to set up numbering so I can number
the first 8 (or two rows) number XXXXX, the next 8 (or two
rows) number XXXXX+1, etc on to Number XXXXX+300?
