Printing Contact Notes in Outlook 2003 - Cut short

[Impetus]

I have a user that has entered a tons of notes in Outlook 2003 Contacts.

When she tries to print, the notes get cut off at a certain point.

Is there a way around this?

Hi,

Just an idea... not sure it would work.

If you do a mail merge into Word 2003, it takes it's data from outlook.

So, mail merge all the files you need onto a blank page (look in outlook
help for mail merging contacts for more help)

then try to print in Word.

A strange solution, but just might work.
