Printing "Continued" in Pg Header

I have a report where a group of records will often print
on several pages. For the second and subsequent pages
for a given group, I want to print the word "continued"
in the page header. When the next group of records
begins to print, there will be a page break, and then the
first page of the new group would NOT have the
word "continued". Thanks for any help!
