Printing continuious labels to a dot matrix printer

Problem: We are trying to print on pin feed continuious labels that are
5"x7". We have created a report and set the page settings to: columns = 1;
width = 5"; heigth = 7". The Oki ML 4410 does not reconize the form length,
it does a standard 11" form feed. We have tried setting the form length on
the Oki ML 4410 to 7" also and that did not help. We tried to set up the
printer from the Control Panel, Printers and Faxes but we did not have a
"Custom" option under the Paper Size setting. We also tried exporting the
forms to Word and printing from there with no success. This old dog has run
out of tricks... does anyone have new ones?
