I use outlook 2003 and I have a tekronics phaser 850 printer. When I print
from the preview pane sometimes the properties button is fuzzed out and
sometimes it's accessible. The reason that matters is that my printer has
two paper sources, for letter head and non letterhead stock. I prefer
printing email on nonletterhead stock There is no correlation I can find as
to whether the printer properties is accessible or not html, plain text. I
can always open the email up and then the properties button is available.
