Printing Custom feilds

[Printing a form with custom feilds]

I created and published a custom form for Calling on our customers and it
totals all of our information we need. I want to print it so i can use it as
a report for my boss, but it just prints the names of my custom feilds, not
the information that it contains. Any help with making this prints would be
great thanks
